IMAGINiT Clarity is automation and model-health software for Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Forma that runs exports, print sets, and health checks on a schedule or at sync-to-central, then reports the results outside Revit.
Someone still has to print the set, back up the model, and notice when the file size jumps. IMAGINiT Clarity takes those jobs off the designer's machine. Tasks can run on demand, on a schedule, or when someone syncs to central, across Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Autodesk Forma.
IMAGINiT says firms using it save an average of over 200 hours per project per year. Health views track more than 60 model metrics, including file size growth and unresolved warnings, and can score a model against the firm's own criteria. Datasheets cover more than 20 Revit categories, such as rooms, equipment, furniture, areas, and spaces, and the same data can land in Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, or Power BI.
Where the work runs is a real choice. Clarity Cloud processes tasks in Autodesk's cloud, and the vendor FAQ says Forge handles Revit and AutoCAD tasks while IMAGINiT handles the rest. Hybrid and traditional on-premise task servers are the path when you need large models, Navisworks exporters, or the Autodesk Model Checker. On-premise work uses your own Autodesk license and hardware.
Project managers who do not open Revit can still pull reports. Clarity also connects to Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, BIMTrack, Procore, and Bluebeam Sessions, and it can drop files in Egnyte, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. A separate Space Programming module stores room requirements for hospitals, schools, and similar programs. Its price is not on the public page.

How much does IMAGINiT Clarity cost?

Hybrid or on-premise task processing can be a fixed annual fee instead, and that fee is not published. Enterprise, for larger model and task-server needs, is contact sales at 800-356-9050. If you remove a project mid-month, you are billed only for the time it was active.
Does IMAGINiT Clarity have a free trial?
The Clarity Cloud pricing page does not list a free trial or a free tier. Standard starts at $50 per project per month. A two-week trial exists for IMAGINiT Utilities for Revit, which is a different product that runs inside Revit. Do not treat that trial as access to Clarity.
Does IMAGINiT Clarity run in the browser or only on Windows?
Clarity Cloud is a hosted service. The vendor FAQ says you do not need an on-premise workstation for cloud tasks: Autodesk Forge processes Revit and AutoCAD work, and IMAGINiT processes the other tasks. Hybrid and traditional on-premise task servers use your own Autodesk license and hardware, which for Revit means a Windows machine. There is no Mac client described on the product pages.
Can IMAGINiT Clarity export IFC, Navisworks, or Excel?
Datasheets and model data can go to Excel, SQL Server Management Studio, and Power BI, covering more than 20 Revit categories. The cloud FAQ says Navisworks exporters and the Autodesk Model Checker are restricted on cloud-only runs and are a reason to use Hybrid or on-premise, where the task server can load those add-ins. The public pages do not list a native IFC export format.
Should I buy Clarity Cloud Standard, Hybrid, or Enterprise?
Standard is the published plan for a limited number of projects at $50 each per month, plus $8 per CPU hour in the cloud. Hybrid splits Revit and AutoCAD automation between Autodesk cloud services and your own task servers, which is what IMAGINiT recommends for large models and add-ins such as Navisworks. Enterprise is the quote-only plan for many users, long projects, and task-server capacity. On-premise Clarity is the older product and, per the FAQ, has more than 60 task types, while Cloud's set is smaller.
Who is IMAGINiT Clarity for?
IMAGINiT aims it at architecture, engineering, and construction teams that already work in Revit, BIM 360, or Forma and want exports, backups, and health checks off individual machines. Project managers and executives are called out as people who can run reports without opening Revit. The Space Programming add-on is for firms planning hospitals, schools, government buildings, and stadiums, and that module is priced by contacting sales.
