AVAIL for Revit is a Windows content library for AEC firms that lets people search, place, and harvest Revit content from governed channels, with a free tier and paid plans that add harvesting and batch Revit upgrades.
A firm library falls apart when families live in a shared drive and nobody knows which one is current. AVAIL for Revit, from AVAIL, puts that library in a desktop app and a Revit browser so people search and place approved files without leaving the project.
AVAIL says it has supported Revit since 2017, aimed at architecture and engineering firms. Project Navigator, included free in the Revit add-in, searches the open project and the firm library. Harvest, which copies reusable elements back into the library, is on the paid AVAIL and Enterprise plans. Batch-upgrading Revit files to a newer version is Enterprise only.

Licenses are named to a login. You can install on more than one computer, but only one of those machines can use the license at a time, and the term renews unless you cancel. Free already includes the Windows desktop app, the Revit browser, and storage such as Windows Server, Egnyte, Nasuni, Panzura, Google Drive, or a VDI. ACC, Dropbox, OneDrive, and SharePoint show up on the paid columns.

Enterprise is the 50-user, 3-year column at $250 per user on the pricing page, and it is the only column with single sign-on, Revit versioning, enterprise analytics, and AVAIL Stream. The Enterprise button says Contact us, and volume discounts are mentioned, so a 50-seat rollout should confirm the invoice with AVAIL.
Who is AVAIL for Revit for?
AVAIL says the product started for architecture and engineering firms and has supported Revit since 2017. BIM and CAD managers publish channels. Designers consume them through Project Navigator.
